1. What RolloTV is

RolloTV IPTV Player ("RolloTV", "the app") is a media player application published by RolloTV Media SARL. It plays media from sources that the user supplies, in the same way a general-purpose video player opens a file you give it.

The app has no knowledge of what you point it at.

2. What RolloTV is not

RolloTV does not:

• include any channels, playlists, streams, films, series or media of any kind
• host, store, cache, transmit, relay, proxy or retransmit any media
• sell, resell, bundle, gift or otherwise supply access to any media
• operate, own or control any streaming service, panel or provider
• maintain a catalog, index, directory or search facility of media sources
• recommend, endorse, verify, rank or link to any provider of playlists or subscriptions
• generate, decrypt, crack or circumvent any credentials or access control

The application installs with nothing in it. Until you add a source, there is nothing to watch.

3. Streams never pass through us

When you play something in RolloTV, your device connects directly to the server named in your own playlist or login. Video and audio travel from that server to your device. They do not pass through, and are not relayed by, any system operated by RolloTV Media SARL.

We therefore have no technical capability to inspect, filter, block, log or take down the media you play, and no knowledge of what it is.

4. Your responsibility

You are solely responsible for every source you add to RolloTV and for everything you do with it. By using the app you confirm that:

• you have the legal right to access every playlist, login or stream you add;
• you will comply with all laws that apply to you, including copyright law in Morocco and in the country you are using the app from; and
• you will not use RolloTV to access, copy or distribute material you are not authorized to access.

Laws differ between countries. Something allowed where the app was written may be unlawful where you live. Checking that is your responsibility, not ours.

5. No affiliation

RolloTV Media SARL is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or connected to any broadcaster, network, sports organization, film studio, streaming service, rights holder, panel operator or playlist provider.

Device and platform names are used only to describe compatibility. Android, Android TV, Google TV and Google Play are trademarks of Google LLC. Amazon, Fire TV and Fire TV Stick are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates. "Xtream Codes" refers to a widely used API format, not to a company we have any relationship with. All trademarks belong to their respective owners and their use here does not imply any association or endorsement.

6. Activation codes

A RolloTV activation code unlocks features of the software on one device. It is not a subscription to any content service and grants no access to any media whatsoever. Purchasing a code does not give you anything to watch. You must still supply your own source. See how activation works.

7. Third-party content and links

Any artwork, descriptions, program information or subtitles shown in the app are retrieved from third-party services or from your own source. We do not create, verify or endorse that material and are not responsible for its accuracy.

This website may link to third-party sites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.

8. No warranty

RolloTV is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every device, or that any particular source will work with it.

Playback quality depends on your internet connection and on the source you supply. We control neither.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RolloTV Media SARL is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of RolloTV, including any consequence of the sources you choose to add, any action taken against you by a rights holder or authority, or any loss of data or interruption of service.

10. Reporting a copyright concern

Because we host no content, a takedown notice sent to us cannot remove a stream. Only the provider hosting it can do that. If you believe material is being distributed unlawfully, contact the operator of the server concerned.

11. Changes

We may update this disclaimer. The date at the top of the page reflects the current version, and continued use of RolloTV after a change means you accept it.
